King Kamehameha I Lei Draping Ceremony

Lei Making Demonstration
Members of the Hawai‘i State Society of Washington, D.C., and from the local Hawaiian community will prepare lei using many local mid-Atlantic plant materials. The lei will be presented to the statues of King Kamehameha I and Saint Damien at the lei draping ceremony.
