Order/Event Registration Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order or event registration you have placed with the Hawai’i State Society, you must contact Membership Chair by email (hawaiistatesociety@wildapricot.org).
Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your event registration received by us no later than 24 hours prior to its scheduled start time of the event or merchandise order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
When contacting Membership Chair to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the invoice number, and your contact information. The electronic invoice sent to the email address used to place the event registration/merchandise order contains the information needed to cancel your event registration/merchandise order. Providing that electronic invoice will make it easier to cancel your event registration/merchandise order.
No Refunds, and Return Policy
There will be no refunds for any reason. Any merchandise sold by the Hawai’i State Society is associated with a specific sponsored event and sold as-is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with the Hawai’i State Society, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
