The Kamehameha Lei Draping Ceremony has been a celebration of culture, traditions, protocol and aloha since the 1969 unveiling of the Kamehameha I and Saint Damien statues in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda. 

The 2018 theme - Mana I Ka LeoPower of the Voice.

Doors open:  1:30 PM

Program begins: 2:30 PM

All attendees will be subject to security screening by the U.S. Capitol Police. Adults should have a government issued picture-ID (eg, driver's license, state ID).

All attendees age 18 and over must register individually. All minors; age 0 - 17 should be registered as GUESTS under the main registrant.  Individuals not pre-registered may be denied entry or experience delays.
