Time:  6:00 - 10:00 p.m. (Welcome at 7:00 p.m.; Dinner at 7:15 p.m.)

Place: Fort Myer Patton Hall, Koran Ballroom, 214 Jackson Avenue, Fort Myer, VA 22211

  • All guests age 18 years and above are required to obtain a visitor pass as soon as possible in order to gain access to the Base. Requests may be made online at https://pass.aie.army.mil/jbmhh or in person during business hours at the Visitor Control Center on Base. Any pass requests made after March 16 must be made in person at the Visitor Control Center on Base to allow at least 48 hours to process.
  • Valid driver's license or government photo ID required.
  • Guests with online pass must also possess a printed copy of visitor pass upon entry to safeguard against clearance malfunction.
  • Vehicles must enter via Hatfield Gate off Washington Boulevard at South 2nd Street, unless guest has a military ID. Vehicles are subject to search. Please allow sufficient time to go through security.


Dress:  Aloha attire and jackets for men encouraged. Face masks are optional.

Cost:  Adults - $50 Members; $60 Non-Members (Chicken Picatta or Vegetarian: vegetable putennesca)

           Keiki 12 yrs & under - $25 (Chicken Fingers & Fries) or $50 if prefer adult entree

Payment must be received by Wednesday, March 12.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION PROCESS:


There are three different registration types:

1 - HSS Member

2 - Keiki (12 years and under)

3 - Non-Member


If you are making reservations for you, your spouse, guest and/or keiki (all must be HSS members), enter your name and other required information. Your spouse will be added as a guest. So, after you register yourself, click NEXT. There you will add your dependent children (12 years and under) under your family membership. Then at the bottom left corner of the same page, click ADD GUEST to add your spouse.


Guests who are non-Members are to register separately.


If you require different registration types for your party, you must complete separate registrations for each type. Multiple registrations for those in your party will be combined into one (as long as they all have the same email address).


When you're done registering your guests, click "DONE". You will have a choice to either have an invoice created or allow you to pay online. No refunds.


Non-Members must register separately.


No walk-ins will be allowed.
